Text Twirl for Android version 3.0 is here! Text Twirl is now optimized for Honeycomb (Android 3.0+) tablets! This means that you can run Text Twirl on you Android tablet without having the graphics look pixelated or the app too out of proportion. We’ve revamped the look and feel of the game so that it looks and runs consistently across the wide range of Android devices.
We’ve just submitted our biggest update yet to Text Twirl for iOS to Apple. Version 2.0 contains many highly requested features including:
-A TWL (Scrabble) dictionary for expanded word choice
-The ability to continue playing if you beat a game to rack up a higher score
-Start a new game from the pause menu
And we’ve squashed a whole bunch of bugs. Keep checking back to find out when it’s been approved by Apple!
Text Twirl version 2.0 for Android is now available to download (or update) from the Android Market! Version 2.0 is our biggest update yet!
It features a TWL (Scrabble) word list, the ability to continue playing if you win so that you can get higher scores, new achievements and leaderboards, an updated version of OpenFeint for less force closes, and performance improvements when loading a new game.

Text Twirl version 1.3 for iOS is “In Review!” We hope to have this update released soon. This update addresses issues some iPad users were having where advertisements would sometimes cover up the letters. We’re really sorry about that!
Now that Text Twirl is much more stable and it seems that we have all of the kinks ironed out, we plan on adding new features to the game, so be on the lookout for those!
A few users have noticed that sometimes an ad will obstruct the timer and pause buttons. That was a flub on our part and we have already corrected the issue and submitted an update to iTunes which is currently “In Review.” We anticipate the update which corrects this issue to be available by tomorrow.
We’re terribly sorry for this mistake and hope that you continue to support Text Twirl!
